My first week living the Slight Edge Philosophy and I had my first health related outcome. One 5 minutes morning exercise session and one 5 minutes afternoon session, solved my low back pain and my upper back pain improved by 70%.
My first day was a shocking one. I never had any problem with exercise but now-I am 40 years old-I discovered that it was difficult to perform even the simplest work outs. But I didn’t quit. Small and steady, just 5 minutes per session. Now 8 days later I can do all of them with no problem. I actually added a few more.
