Some Years back I could lose weight without putting too much effort into the act. But since I am not working a 9-5 job any more and staying home, the pounds have packed on and I am finding that getting rid of all the extra weight is not as easy as it once was.

I never say I am on a diet, but I am training myself to eat healthier, smaller portions, and I am trying to stay away from sweets-I love sweets. I am now drinking more water and when my arthritis allows, I do fitness walks. I do not like the weight I have gained and I am determined to get rid of it somehow. With the Lords blessing I will get rid of this weight and hopefully keep it off. Like most people who gain weight and not exercising, the weight just kept on glueing to hips, thighs, and glutes.
What a bummer.
