I wish to practise these dilligently on a daily basis. And I am still trying, on some days better ….and on other days worse.
1. Drink a glass of water upon waking up, the very 1st thing .
2. Finish at least two and half litres of water per day.
ps: water shouldn’t be taken within half-an-hour before or after meals.
1. Go to bed at 10.30pm & rise at 4.30am
2. A short nap at 2pm
30 minutes of something :)
I believe if these are done with commitment…..health issues are issues no more. !
